Zora Benhamou is a gerontologist on a mission to disrupt menopause stigma and ageist stereotypes. She is the host of the Hack My Age podcast focusing on biohacking for women going through the menopause transition. Zora is a 53-year-old digital nomad currently in Europe.
She founded the website HackMyAge.com and is the author of the Longevity Master Plan & cookbook Eating For Longevity as well as the creator of online programs for women in peri and post menopause.
